This is a classic Singer Featherweight 221 sewing machine in the original black. The finish on this machine is glossy with very few pin scratches. On the inner bed the finish is raised/bubbled in a couple of places---one about the size of a dime, the other about the size of a quarter. The gold filigree decals are in very good condition, however a small spot (a half inch) is chipped at the right front side of the machine. It has an LED light bulb to brighten the sewing area. The carrying case for this machine comes with a tray to assist you in keeping your supplies organized. Think of these hours of sewing pleasure you'll have on this wonderful machine!
