Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:

We ship all of our Singer Featherweight Sewing Machines by UPS. The cost is $69.00 for service within the 48 contiguous states. Please call for Alaska and Hawaii charges. All of our machines are carefully packed and insured. Please make sure that you have the correct address for shipping. Sewing machines cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, you must have a physical address. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping time for Featherweights is usually 5 (working)days from shipment, please allow 3-5 days for machine to be processed, packed and shipped. If we can get it out earlier to you, we will, and we usually do.

We ship our patterns by USPS priority mail.
Shipping for up to 5 patterns is $8.00
6-18 patterns is $16.00
19 or more patterns is $21.00
Shipping time is normally 4-6 days for patterns, sometimes sooner. We are not responsible for delays in the USPS.

Other items are shipped by Flat Rate USPS. We strive to ship as economically as possible.

Guarantee:

We stand behind all of the machines that we sell.  All sewing machines are carefully and fully serviced and tested before they are sold.  We guarantee that they will sew wonderfully when you receive them and will be in the best condition possible.  Please remember that these are vintage machines and we cannot guarantee that nothing will go wrong with them in the future.  If you have a problem, please contact us immediately.  We can usually guide you through any problem you may have.  Occasionally, after shipping, some minor adjustment may be required. We are available up to 60 days of delivery date to consult with you over the phone regarding adjustments.

Returns:

Please do not order a machine on speculation.  Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer and a $75.00 restock fee will apply.  All machines must be returned in the same condition you received it. Use original packing to repack the machine and it must be packed as carefully as it was shipped to you; it is suggested that you use a professional packer such as UPS to properly pack the machine. If you need help shipping a machine back to us, give us a call and we can send a call tag to you.
